How do I modify my reservation?

You can modify your reservation from your ACCROPARK customer area up to 3 hours before the start of the activity.
With the weather guarantee option, it's free!
Without the weather guarantee option, the change fee is 40 sek/pers for any change made less than 7 days before the reservation.

To modify your reservation, it's simple:
Connect to your customer area: Connection
Open the menu at the top right and click on My bookings
Select the reservation you wish to modify
Click on the Edit my booking

In case of very bad weather, strong winds, thunder, very heavy rain, the team may decide to temporarily close the park for your safety. In any case, we will offer you a solution so that your visit remains a fun experience.

From what age can we climb?

Children can climb our yellow courses from 4 years or 110 cm. They climb alone but you accompany them from the ground.

Can children climb alone?

Accepted Answer

Children can climb alone from the age of 7-8 years. Thanks to our connection system, they are always safe.
 
For younger children (under 8 years old), you must accompany them:
Yellow (110-130 cm) and Violet (120-160 cm) courses: you must accompany them on the ground
The other courses: you must accompany them in the trees

Can children and adults climb together?

The yellow courses are for children under 130 cm, they climb alone but you accompany them from the ground.
The other courses are accessible to adults and children from 130 cm, so if your children are at least 130 cm tall, you can climb with them!

Do accompanying persons have to pay?

NO, it's free for accompanying persons who stay on the ground, you are welcome in the park!

We have booked 2 different time slots with friends, can we climb together?

The activity lasts 2 hours, if your slots are only 30 min or 1 hour apart, you can meet on the routes and climb together for 1 hour or 1 hour 30 minutes!
Depending on the number of reservations, and if you arrive at the same time, we can try to make you climb together, if however the number of people already present in the park is not too high.

What are the conditions or restrictions for climbing?

Physical strength is not the most important thing for climbing. The activity is based on your agility and balance. Our courses are designed to provide you with a fun experience. You will find swings, bridges, pirate nets, zip lines...
 
It is possible to climb from the age of 4 (or 110 cm).
It is not possible to climb for pregnant women.

At what time should I come?

Please arrive 15 minutes before the reserved time for check-in and information. Instruction begins at the time you booked, so if you arrive late, you must wait for the next round (usually 30 minutes later).

After gear and instruction, you are briefed and equipped to climb independently. You can choose your level of difficulty. We help you find a level that suits you. You have access to all our courses according to your size and your flexibility. Take your time, climb at your own pace. Our instructors are there to advise you.

How to dress?

We recommend that you wear clothes and shoes suitable for this activity (sporty style). If you have long hair, we recommend that you tie it up. Avoid wearing valuable jewelry, it is advisable to remove them.

- At Bro, Hallkana Park with its 7 courses. A new park to discover, many games and its zip line of more than 100 meters.
